Title - Registered Nurse
Location - Morgantown, WV
Shift - Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with on call and weekends
On Call Schedule: at least 1 weekend per month
License Requirements: WV RN
Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week
Mileage reimbursement: 0.54 cents/mile
Counties covered: Monongalia, Preston, Tucker, Grant, Wetzel
Required Skills: Home Health Experience, HCHB, OASIS
Responsibilities:
In addition to assessing the health of the people we serve and implementing their care plans, the Registered Nurse will ensure health maintenance and disease prevention and/or provide case management.
